Sony CD Mavica CD500 Digital Camera Set
- 5.0MP, 3x Zoom, Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar Lens,

Fully tested! Records and saves images and
plays them back.

recently taken with this camera (pics # 7 & 10)

This awesome Sony is from 2003 and it listed for
nearly $700! It uses a sharp Sony CCD sensor and
5 megapixels is plenty of resolution. The images are
bright, colorful, and clear. The lens is a Carl Zeiss
Vario-Sonnar 3x zoom from 7 to 21mm which
is the equivalent to 34 to 102mm in 35mm format.

I'm including the camera, the CD, the Sony lens cap,
Sony camera strap (not pictured), the original
Sony charger AC-L10, cables, and camera case
(not pictured), and the original instruction manual.
Two batteries are also included but one won't
hold a charge but the other does just fine. The camera
works from either battery power or by the AC cord.
Connect the camera directly to your TV for extended viewing.

*Please Note. The camera body is in excellent condition
with all features working. The LCD screen has had its
outer anti-glare coating come off (see pic # 8) but it
doesn't detract from the viewing experience IMO.
The screen is not broken and is in fact quite bright and clear.

So there you have it. A fun CCD digicam from the early
2000s that's a blast to use. The CDs are still available
and are not expensive. The CD that's included has plenty
of storage space.

Will my purchase arrive well packaged?

Always! Carol and I take great care (and pride) in packaging your purchase. We are mindful of being "green" but often times green doesn't protect your package properly. We have been shipping items safely since 2003. We must say, however, that we are not responsible for mishandling by the carrier(s) or loss of an item. Most items and especially valuable items will always have insurance added.
